dc.description In the article the authors draw attention to the problems of combating crimes in the field of operations with real estate objects. Attention is being focused on some features that precede the disclosure and investigation of criminal offenses committed in the process of conducting transactions with real estate objects. The article defines the main types and provides a criminalistic classification of offenses in the field of transactions with real estate objects. A list of entities with certain responsibilities and which is being entrusted with certain functions has been presented. A weight classification by types related to individuals in terms of: land plots, rooms and apartments, private houses and summer cottages has been presented. These factors contribute to the vast majority of fraud in large cities. The technological chain of committing this type of crime has been shown, from the beginning – the idea, to its end – the alienation of property. Attention is paid to the main methods of fraud in the purchase and sale of real estate, their features. The groups of victims of criminal offenses in the field of real estate transactions have been listed. It has been noted that criminal offenses in the field of transactions with real estate have their own characteristics, which must be taken into account when uncovering and investigating this type of crime. The main factors that determine the commission of fraudulent offenses in the field of real estate transactions have been identified. uk_UA
dc.description.abstract У статті наголошено на проблемі боротьби зі злочинами у сфері операцій з об’єктами нерухомого майна. Акцентовано на деяких особливостях, що передують розкриттю та розслідуванню кримінальних правопорушень, що здійснюються в процесі проведення угод з об’єктами нерухомого майна. Показано технологічний ланцюжок скоєння цього виду злочину, від його початку – задуму, до його закінчення – відчуження майна. Звернено увагу на основні способи шахрайства під час вчинення купівлі-продажу нерухомості, їх особливості. Наведено групи потерпілих від кримінальних правопорушень у сфері операцій із нерухомим майном. Виявлено основні фактори, які зумовлюють вчинення шахрайських посягань у сфері обігу нерухомості. uk_UA
