dc.description	The article analyzes some changes and additions to the Criminal Code of Ukraine after the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which suggests the following ways to improve the criminal legislation of Ukraine: 1) change the title of Chapter I of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to «Criminal Offenses against the Fundamentals of National Security of Ukraine», as this section currently contains not only crimes but also criminal offenses; 2) establish criminal liability for aiding the aggressor state (Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) only for foreigners and stateless persons, except for citizens of the aggressor state, as aiding Ukrainian citizens to the aggressor state is covered by Articles 111, 111-1 of the Criminal Code; 3) provide for administrative liability for the sale of goods (items) of humanitarian aid or the use of charitable donations, gratuitous aid, concluding other transactions for the disposal of such property, for profit, if the total value of such humanitarian aid, charitable donations or gratuitous aid does not exceed 0,2 of the non-taxable minimum income of citizens, and for similar actions with the specified subjects worth more than this amount – criminal liability (Article 201-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine); 4) include a criminal offense under Art. 201-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, to the list of corruption, defined by the note to Art. 45 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in case of its commission by abuse of office; 5) establish in Chapter XV «Criminal offenses against the authority of public authorities, local governments, associations of citizens and criminal offenses against journalists » of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine criminal liability for disrespect for a law enforcement officer.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У статті проаналізовано внесені до КК України після 24 лютого 2022 р. зміни та доповнення, що дозволяє запропонувати шляхи удосконалення КК України: змінити назву розділу І Особливої частини на «Кримінальні правопорушення проти основ національної безпеки України»; встановити кримінальну відповідальність за пособництво державі-агресору (ст. 111 -2) тільки для іноземців та осіб без громадянства, за винятком громадян держави-агресора; передбачити кримінальну відповідальність за ст. 201-2 лише тоді, коли загальна вартість предмета передбаченого нею правопорушення перевищуватиме 0,2 неоподатковуваного мінімуму доходів громадян та включити це кримінальне правопорушення до переліку корупційних; встановити кримінальну відповідальність за прояви неповаги до працівника правоохоронного органу.	uk_UA
