Проаналізовано проблему захисту дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування, в умовах воєнного конфлікту. Розглянуто міжнародні документи, включно з Конвенцією про права дитини, і висвітлює ініціативи та програми, спрямовані на підтримку цих дітей. Наголошено на важливості забезпечення основних потреб дітей, таких як доступ до освіти, медичної допомоги та соціальних послуг, закликає до спільних зусиль державних та громадських організацій для гарантування належного захисту та добробуту цих вразливих дітей під час воєнних дій. Наголошено на необхідності налагодження ефективної системи співпраці між державними органами, громадськими організаціями та міжнародними установами для ефективного захисту та допомоги дітям-сиротам та дітям, позбавленим батьківського піклування. Наголошено на важливості психологічної та інформаційної підтримки, щоб забезпечити психосоціальний добробут цих дітей у найбільш складний період їхнього життя. The article examines the important issue of protecting orphans and children deprived of parental care in the context of military conflict. The author examines international documents, such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and highlights initiatives and programs to support these children. The article emphasizes the importance of ensuring their basic needs, such as access to education, health care, and social services, and calls for joint efforts by government and civil society organizations to ensure these vulnerable children's adequate protection and well-being in hostilities. The article also emphasizes the need to establish an effective cooperation system between state bodies, public organizations, and international institutions to adequately protect and assist orphans and children deprived of parental care.
