Особливості використання спеціальних знань у кримінальних провадженнях

Abstract

Досліджено актуальні проблемні питання використання спеціальних знань у процесі досудового розслідування. Розглянуто поняття, види та форми використання спеціальних знань як засобу тактичного забезпечення досудового розслідування.

This article deals with consideration of actual problem questions of using of special knowledges as method of tactical supply of pretrial investigation. The authors have concentrated the attention on the meaning of special knowledges in a process of investigation the crime. It has been concluded that the non-use of special knowledge or its improper use during investigative actions is a significant factor that reduces the quality and effectiveness of pre-trial investigation, and sometimes leads to tactical errors and miscalculations and making unreasonable decisions.
