Abstract

Розглянуто проблеми та перспективи формування у сучасній правовій науці концепції предмету тактико-спеціальної підготовки поліцейських. Визначені особливості змісту і завдання тактико-спеціальної підготовки поліцейських в сучасних умовах. Теорія тактико-спеціальної підготовки визнана складовою частиною загальної теорії забезпечення внутрішньої безпеки держави службово-бойовими засобами.

The article is about problems and prospects of formation in the modern legal science of the concept of the subject of tactical and special training of policemen. The peculiarities of the content and task of the tactical and special training of the police in the present conditions are determined. The task of the police and the competence of the authorities of the National Police of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to ensure the internal security of the state and the system of vocational training of the police are considered. The development of tactical and special training of policemen from their general and professional level and technical support of their activities is emphasized. The scheme of development of the subject of tactical-special training is offered. The theory of tactical and special training is recognized as an integral part of the general theory of ensuring internal security of the state by military and combat vehicles. The subject of tactical and special training as a discipline during the training of policemen, as well as its connection with other educational disciplines at the first - third levels of the training of higher education graduates is considered. The list of professional skills (competencies), which Polyskiy must acquire within the framework of tactical and special training, is proposed.
