Abstract

Досліджено деякі аспекти розслідування злочинів проти моральності. Розглянуто підготовчий етап слідчого експерименту під час розслідування зазначених кримінальних правопорушень, а також сформульовано пропозиції щодо застосування найбільш доцільних його заходів.

The article deals with some aspects of the investigation of the crimes against morality.
