Abstract

У виданні представлено конструктивний та аксіоматичний підходи, що становлять підґрунтя сучасної логіки, яка отримала назву «класична». Розглянуто сучасну класичну логіку як інструмент здобуття будь-якого виду знання, що належить до різноманітних наук (світоглядних, юридичних чи природничих). Передбачено озброєння читача логічним інструментом як запорукою правильного мислення, тобто побудови моделей ситуацій, що виникають у юридичній практиці. У межах вивчення класичної логіки запропоновано вправи та задачі для студентів і курсантів юридичних спеціальностей. Навчальний посібник розраховано на курсантів, студентів і слухачів юридичних вузів,а також усіх, хто цікавиться питаннями сучасної класичної логіки.

The edition presents constructive and axiomatic approaches which make the foundation of contemporary logic gaining the attribute “classical”. The contemporary classical logic is considered as an instrument for acquiring of any kind of knowledge which pertains to various sciences (worldwide, legal or natural ones). The study guide is aimed at the readers’ provision with the logic instrument as a guarantee of proper thinking and situations modeling in the legal practice. Within the study course of classical logic, a range of exercises and tasks are offered for students and cadets of legal specialties.
