Abstract

Збірник містить матеріали інтерактивного науково-практичного семінару, у роботі якого взяли участь науково-педагогічні працівники і курсанти Дніпропетровського державного університету внутрішніх справ. Тематика публікацій охоплює низку проблем, що стосуються аналізу філософсько- правових концепцій, психологічних чинників у правовій діяльності, аналізу етичних посилок проблем комунікацій у правовій діяльності. Матеріали науково-практичного семінару можуть бути використані в науково-дослідницькій роботі та навчальному процесі юридичних ВНЗ, а також у юридичній практиці.

The collected book includes the proceedings of Interactive Research and Practice Seminar. The academic and teaching staff and the cadets of Dnepropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs have participated in this seminar. The topics of publications comprise the range of problems dealing with the analysis of philosophical and legal conceptions, psychological factors in the legal activity, ethical factors analysis and communication problems in the legal operations. The proceedings of Research and Practice Seminar can be used in the scientific and research work, in the teaching and learning process of legal higher institutions and in the legal practice.
