Modern economic relations are characterized by the acceleration of transformation processes, which makes new demands for socioeconomic systems at different levels of the hierarchy. Nowadays, changes are happening quite dynamically, creating conditions of the increased uncertainty and new threats. In such circumstances, functioning and development of the socio-economic systems requires to be more adaptable, which will allow to successfully resist the emerging threats. Research in the national economy of the manifestations of chaotic dynamics, as well as the event detection of catastrophic nature associated with sudden abrupt changes in the environment, the influence of uncertainties and irregularities prove the lack of effectiveness of the use of classical methods and models in this situation. So, there is the urgent need to find the ways to adapt to the changing conditions of functioning of the national economy. The problem of adaptation of socio-economic systems to the environmental conditions and ensuring their adaptability had been considered by foreign and domestic scientists-economists. Among them are: I. Pitaykin, O. Pastukhov, V. Yachmenova, G. Hanaliyev, A. Maksimovich, D. Chuiko, V. Fomin and many others. Despite the value of the research results conducted by scientists, it should be noted that some methodological aspects of the adaptability of the national economy require clarification and practical testing.

Сучасні економічні відносини характеризуються прискоренням трансформаційні процеси, що висуває нові вимоги до соціально-економічних систем на різних рівнях ієрархії. Сьогодні, зміни відбуваються досить динамічно, створюючи умови для підвищена невизначеність та нові загрози. За таких обставин
функціонування та розвиток соціально-економічних систем вимагає бути більш пристосованим, що дозволить успішно протистояти новонародженим погрози. Дослідження в національній економіці проявів хаотичності динаміки, а також виявлення подій катастрофічного характеру, пов'язаних при раптових різких змінах навколишнього середовища, впливі невизначеності та порушення свідчать про недостатню ефективність використання класичних методів і моделей у цій ситуації. Отже, є нагальне потрібно знайти шляхи адаптації до мінливих умов функціонування національної економіки. Проблема адаптації соціально-економічних систем до умови навколишнього середовища та забезпечення їхньої пристосованості розглядаються зарубіжними та вітчизняними вченими-економістами. Серед них
це: І. Питайкін, О. Пастухов, В. Ячменова, Г. Ганалієв, А. Максимович, Д. Чуйко, В. Фомін та багато інших.
Незважаючи на цінність результатів досліджень, проведених вченими, cлід зазначити, що деякі методологічні аспекти адаптивності національна економіка вимага.nm пояснень та практичних випробувань.
