dc.description	The article clarifies the essence and purpose of measures to ensure the proceedings in cases of administrative offenses. It is established that measures to ensure the proceedings have such basic features as: use in the process or after the commission of the offense; help to establish the identity of the offender and draw up an appropriate report; are personalized in relation to the offender, do not impose additional restrictions on the offender, but limit his rights; have the procedure and terms of their application and the list of authorized bodies and officials who have the right to apply them; are documented in the manner prescribed by law and may be appealed, etc. A comprehensive analysis of various classifications of measures to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, which offers modern administrative law, and highlighted their individual shortcomings. It is established that measures to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses on transport constitute a separate, independent group of classification, as their legal nature simultaneously embodies the signs of restriction of both property and non-property rights of a person, preventive and terminating depending on the circumstances of the offense traffic, as in other types of proceedings their use is excluded. Taking into account the specifics of offenses, measures to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in transport are divided into: measures to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in transport of a personal nature; measures to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses on transport of a property nature, as well as organizational and legal measures to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses on transport.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	З’ясовано сутність та призначення заходів забезпечення провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення. Здійснено комплексний аналіз різноманітних класифікацій заходів забезпечення провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення, які пропонує сучасна адміністративно-правова наука, та наголошено на їх окремих недоліках. Незважаючи на те що на сьогодні ще не досягнуто єдності у поглядах щодо класифікації заходів забезпечення провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення, в тому числі й на транспорті, авторами статті, з урахуванням специфіки правопорушень, запропоновано власну класифікацію заходів забезпечення провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення на транспорті	uk_UA
