dc.description	A person's mental state is a state of emotional saturation that occurs under the influence of certain life circumstances, health or other factors that a person encounters. This state means: emotion, euphoria, anxiety, pleasure-dissatisfaction, apathy-inspiration, vigor-fatigue and others. There are description and analysis as research methods in publication. The material for research are Ukrainian scientific articles, journals and publications of researchers in the field of activity. Mental state acts as a reflection of the specific situation of a particular person in the form of a stable holistic syndrome. The dynamics of mental activity is expressed in the form of experience and abnormal behavior of the person. Modern service in the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine requires physical and psychological endurance. Today, psychologists check the psychological state of law enforcement officers very well because the profession requires weapons. This is the right decision on the part of the state. Methods that help determine the level of conflict are: observation, test methods, interviews, questionnaires. As for the stage of selection of future cadets, psychologists and other specialists must instill in applicants understanding and provide a constant question: where is the person going, why there and the possible consequences of "wrong" choice. The scientific work aims to analyze the mental state of cadets and find ways to improve it at the stages of selection in higher education institutions to enter the protection of public order in the ranks of the National Police of Ukraine. Investigate how the mental state of the individual can affect the future activities of cadets. Such actions will increase the percentage of psychologically trained cadets who will not be eliminated after several years of work in the National Police of Ukraine.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Психічний стан людини – стан емоційної насиченості, який виникає під впливом певних життєвих обставин, стану здоров’я або інших факторів, з якими стикається людина. Під таким станом розуміють: емоцію, ейфорію, тривожність, задоволення-незадоволення, апатію-натхнення, бадьорість-втома та інші. У статті використано опис та аналіз як методи наукового дослідження. Матеріалом для досліджень є вітчизняні наукові статті, журнали та публікації дослідників за напрямом діяльності.	uk_UA
