dc.description	Agricultural lands, like other categories of land, perform certain environmental functions. As the main object of nature and the environment of man and all living and plant organisms, the main object of real estate and – the main means of production in agriculture. Agricultural lands have their own distribution, allocate agricultural land, they include arable land, pasture, mowing, etc., as well as land on which are domestic roads, communications, shrubs, which is designed to ensure the protection of land from the negative effects of natural, man-made, and also anthropogenic factors. Scientists also interpret rationality as the use of natural resources taking into account environmental requirements, standards, standards, limits. Hence the conclusion about the attraction of this provision to environmental factors. Rational and efficient use of natural resources – concepts, although closely related, but not identical. Land protection is the activity of such bodies as state authorities, local governments, legal entities and individuals, which are aimed at protecting land as an important component of the environment and natural resources. Landowners, land users and land tenants must take action to restore land yields, monitor the protection of land from erosion (both wind and water), waterlogging, salinization, pollution by chemicals or waste, including industrial and consumer. The special value of agricultural land is due to the production of agricultural products needed to provide food for the population, feed for farm animals and birds, agricultural raw materials of certain industries. Greening of agricultural activity, observance of norms and requirements of land and ecological legislation by subjects of agricultural production are of fundamental importance.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Землі сільськогосподарського призначення, як і інші категорії земель, виконують певні екологічні функції. Охорона земель полягає у діяльності таких органів як: державної влади, місцевого самоврядування, юридичних та фізичних осіб, які спрямовані на захист землі. Землевласники, землекористувачі та особи, що орендують земельні ділянки повинні вчиняти дії щодо відновлення урожайності земель, слідкувати за захистом земель від ерозії (як вітрової, так і водної), заболочення, засолення, забруднення хімічними речовинами чи відходами, у тому числі виробничими та споживчими. Особлива цінність земель сільськогосподарського призначення обумовлена виробництвом сільськогосподарської продукції, необхідної для забезпечення продуктами харчування населення, кормом сільськогосподарських тварин і птахів.	uk_UA
