Краткий осмотр (реферат): Дисертація присвячена комплексному конституційно-правовому аналізу
політичної функції Української держави. Досліджено теорію функцій держави,
зокрема уточнено їх поняття, ознаки, проведено їх наукову класифікацію,
висвітлено їх конституційно-правові основи. Визначено поняття та особливості
політичної функції Української держави, розкрито її конституційно-правовий
зміст, досліджено форми та методи її реалізації. Розроблено конституційноправові засади теорії механізму реалізації політичної функції Української
держави: визначено його поняття, ознаки та елементи, обґрунтовано місце і роль
державних та недержавних інститутів в ньому. Основні положення і висновки,
отримані в дисертації, створюють науковий базис для подальшого розвитку
конституційно-правової моделі політичної функції Української держави.Dissertation is devoted to the complex constitutional and legal analysis of political
function of the Ukrainian state. The theory of functions of the state is analyzed, including
refinement of their concepts, features, scientific classification is conducted, its
constitutional and legal principles are carried out. The concept and features of political
function of the Ukrainian state are defined; its constitutional and legal content is
revealed; forms and methods of their realization are studied. The theory of the
mechanism of political function of the Ukrainian state is developed, its concepts, features
and elements are defined, and the participation of public and private institutions in
realization of political function of the Ukrainian state is analyzed. Main points and
conclusions obtained in the dissertation create a scientific basis for further development
of constitutional and legal model of political function of the Ukrainian state.2012-01-01T00:00:00Z
