Так, вогнева підготовка майбутніх працівників поліції в умовах воєнного стану передбачає вивчення матеріальної частини зброї, правил стрільби, дій зі зброєю та бойовими припасами, а також заходів безпеки під час поводження зі зброєю. Основною метою цієї підготовки є забезпечення готовності майбутніх поліцейських до застосування вогнепальної зброї згідно з чинним законодавством, що є необхідним для захисту громадян, суспільства та держави саме в умовах воєнного стану. Наголошено на тому, що буде слушним упровадження в навчальну програму вивчення різних видів зброї (оскільки остання постійно вдосконалюється, зокрема і зарубіжна), її матеріальної частини та набуття навичок поводження з нею. Certain aspects of the training of future police officers that arose in connection with the introduction of the legal regime of martial law on the territory of Ukraine and, accordingly, the need to train police officers who can effectively and legally act in complex modern conditions that often go beyond standard scenarios have been identified. Thus, fire training of future police officers in martial law involves studying the material part of weapons, the rules of shooting, actions with weapons and ammunition, as well as safety measures when handling weapons. The main purpose of this training is to ensure the readiness of future police officers to use firearms in accordance with current legislation, which is necessary to protect citizens, society and the state precisely in martial law. It is emphasized that it would be appropriate to introduce into the curriculum the study of various types of weapons (since the latter are constantly being improved, including foreign ones), their material part and the acquisition of skills in handling them. Зміни в безпековій ситуації та ескалація бойових дій вимагають удосконалення вогневої підготовки поліцейських, зокрема задля забезпечення належного рівня захисту громадського порядку та безпеки населення. Дослідження фокусується на ключових аспектах, що впливають на якість підготовки поліцейських у закладах вищої освіти системи МВС України зі специфічними умовами навчання: нормативно-правовій базі, спеціальній тактико-стрілецькій підготовці, адаптації навчальних програм та проведенні регулярних тренувань в умовах, наближених до реальних бойових ситуацій. Акцентовано увагу на проблематиці підготовки поліцейських з урахуванням специфіки воєнного часу та реалій ведення бойових дій, таких як підвищена інтенсивність навчань, психологічна стійкість та фізична витривалість. Статтю спрямовано на дослідження аналізу новітніх методів підготовки, що використовують сучасне озброєння та військове спорядження, а також на розгляд актуальних методик, зокрема застосування інтерактивних тренажерів, симуляцій бойових дій, а також залучення фахівців із військовим досвідом для підвищення практичних навичок поліцейських для виконання службово-бойових завдань в умовах воєнного стану. The article examines the peculiarities of police firearms training under martial law. Changes in the security situation and escalation of hostilities require improvement of police firearms training to ensure an adequate level of protection of public order and safety of the population. The study focuses on the key aspects that affect the quality of training: the regulatory framework, special tactical and firearms training, adaptation of curricula and regular training in conditions close to real combat situations. The article focuses on the issues of police training with due regard to the specifics of wartime, such as increased intensity of training, psychological stability and physical endurance. The article is aimed at analysing the latest training methods that use modern weapons and military equipment, as well as at considering current methods, including the use of interactive simulators, combat simulations, and the involvement of specialists with military experience to improve the practical skills of law enforcement officers. The results of the study demonstrate that the effectiveness of police firearms training in wartime depends on the adaptation of curricula to the realities of combat operations, the use of interactive simulations, the improvement of physical and psychological training methods, and the provision of modern equipment to police officers. In particular, the emphasis is placed on the importance of integrating methods that simulate extreme conditions and involving specialists with combat experience. It is found that the main problems are related to the imperfection of curricula, insufficient funding for innovative equipment, and difficulties in organising exercises in crisis conditions. Prospects for the study include further development of effective training programmes that take into account the realities of martial law, introduction of the latest technologies, such as simulators and interactive trainers, and improvement of interagency cooperation. Particular attention should be paid to comprehensive police training that combines physical endurance, psychological resilience and technical skills with weapons. Further research should also focus on optimising costs and organising the training process in conditions of limited resources. Основну увагу приділено аналізу терапевтичного потенціалу цього підходу, оцінці його ефективності та безпеки для ветеранів, які повертаються до мирного життя. У результаті дослідження виявлено, що контрольовані сеанси стрільби сприяють зниженню рівня стресу, тривожності та посттравматичного стресового розладу (далі – ПТСР), а також покращують загальний психоемоційний стан ветеранів. Надано рекомендації щодо впровадження цієї методики до програм реабілітації ветеранів бойових дій, а також зазначено необхідність подальших досліджень для оптимізації та безпечного використання цього методу. This article explores the implementation of combat shooting training as a method for the psychological rehabilitation of combat veterans. The primary focus is on analyzing the therapeutic potential of this approach, assessing its effectiveness and safety for veterans transitioning back to civilian life. The study found that controlled shooting sessions help reduce stress, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) levels, as well as improve the overall psycho-emotional state of veterans. The article provides recommendations for incorporating this method into rehabilitation programs and highlights the need for further research to optimize and safely utilize this method. One of the key aspects of the successful preparation of future officers in military educational institutions is the development of skills and the acquisition of professional qualities necessary for the effective performance of their duties. Among these skills, firearms training occupies a significant place, as it not only teaches future officers to perform shooting exercises effectively but also has a deeper impact on their development as professionals and the formation of important personal traits. Firearms training and the development of professional qualities in future officers have an inseparable interrelationship and interdependence. Proper shooting training and mastering firearms contribute not only to the technical preparation of officers but also influence their psychological state, willpower, and decision-making ability in stressful situations.
