Вигорання розглядається як стан фізичного, когнітивного та емоційного виснаження, що виникає внаслідок тривалого впливу професійних стресорів. Особливу увагу приділено критичному періоду адаптації (перші два роки практики), коли молоді фахівці стикаються з «емоційним шоком» через невідповідність ідеалізованих уявлень про професію реальним викликам правничої діяльності. Проблема професійного вигорання залишається у центрі уваги численних досліджень протягом останніх десятиліть. Їхні результати сприяли виявленню причин та наслідків цієї професійної дисфорії. Значна частина цих робіт була зосереджена на соціальних професіях, пов'язаних з інтенсивними контактами із людьми. Проте професійні юристи, які мають багато соціальних контактів за родом служби і тому особливо схильні до вигорання, досліджені недостатньо повно. Актуальність вивчення нами цієї проблеми в першу чергу полягає у необхідності подальшого дослідження синдрому професійного вигорання для своєчасної його профілактики та допомоги спеціалістам юридичних осіб професій. Професія адвоката завжди була пов'язана з високими вимогами до рівня відповідальності, емоційної стійкості та професійної компетенції. Початківці, які вступають на шлях адвокатської діяльності, стикаються з безліччю викликів, які можуть призвести до виникнення синдрому емоційного вигорання. У цій статті ми розглянемо особливості розвитку цього синдрому у адвокатів-початківців, виявимо ключові причини та прояви, а також запропонуємо шляхи подолання та заходи підтримки на початкових етапах кар'єри. The article provides a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of professional burnout among lawyers at the initial stage of their career. Burnout is considered as a state of physical, cognitive, and emotional exhaustion resulting from prolonged exposure to professional stressors. Particular attention is paid to the critical period of adaptation (the first two years of practice), when young professionals experience “emotional shock” due to the discrepancy between their idealized notions of the profession and the real challenges of legal practice. The problem of professional burnout has remained the focus of numerous studies over the past decades. Their results have contributed to identifying the causes and consequences of this professional dysphoria. Much of this work has focused on social professions involving intensive contact with people. However, professional lawyers, who have a lot of social contacts due to the nature of their work and are therefore particularly prone to burnout, have not been studied sufficiently. The relevance of our study of this problem lies primarily in the need for further research into professional burnout syndrome for the timely prevention of burnout and assistance to legal professionals. The legal profession has always been associated with high demands on the level of responsibility, emotional stability, and professional competence. Beginners who embark on a career in law face many challenges that can lead to emotional burnout syndrome. In this article, we will examine the characteristics of this syndrome in novice lawyers, identify its key causes and manifestations, and suggest ways to overcome it and measures of support in the early stages of a career. The article is devoted to substantiating strategic approaches to forming a company’s economic security under conditions of increasing external environmental turbulence and growing innovation-technological challenges. The key principles, instruments, and mechanisms of strategic economic security provision are systematized, including diversification solutions, digital management models, and early-warning systems that enable the enterprise to adapt to unstable market conditions. An integrated conceptual model for assessing economic security has also been developed, based on a combination of financial, technological, innovationrelated, and information indicators. The article deals with a comprehensive study of the rule of law as one of the key conditions for Ukraine’s accession to the European Union and to an analysis of its general legal content in the context of contemporary transformations of Ukrainian statehood. The focus is placed on the contradiction between the normative consolidation of the rule of law and the incompleteness of its practical implementation, which is caused by a number of systemic factors: the need for further judicial reform, insufficient institutional capacity of anti-corruption bodies, instability of law enforcement practice, and a low level of legal culture. It is emphasized that the absence of unified criteria for assessing the level of adherence to the rule of law complicates the objective evaluation of Ukraine’s progress on the path toward European integration. The article highlights that the rule of law functions not only as a theoretical and legal foundation but also as a system-forming value that determines the legitimacy of a democratic state and the effectiveness of its legal system. Despite the existence of an extensive normative framework, the institutional implementation of this principle remains incomplete, and the legal system continues to undergo institutional formation. Particular attention is paid to the impact of martial law on the realization of the rule of law, especially the need to ensure proportionality, legal certainty, and the inviolability of natural human rights under temporary restrictions. The study underscores the importance of ensuring the independence of the judiciary, strengthening the integrity of judges and prosecutors, improving internal control mechanisms, and enhancing the role of civil society in promoting transparency and accountability of public authorities. It concludes that Ukraine’s successful European integration requires a shift from formal reforms to qualitative institutional renewal aimed at the real effectiveness of legal norms and internal coherence between the normative, institutional, and value dimensions of the rule of law. Such a model of development will enable Ukraine to meet the European criteria of the rule-of-law state and integrate into the EU legal space as a full-fledged participant.
