The article reveals the peculiarities of problematic issues, which are found at the current stage in the organization of tactical and special training in the units of the National Police of Ukraine. The day of the training of officers of special training in the training of the specifics of the primary discipline «Tactical-special training» has been revealed. The role of the current initial and imitative possession has been brought to light. A new program has been proposed for a comprehensive training of the possible police officers for tactical and special training, fire training and tactical medicine. Military training must prepare individuals to enter into harm’s way and perform physically and mentally demanding tasks at the highest possible levels of proficiency. This requirement may be the defining characteristic of military training. Nowadays modern military education is designed to create such a comprehensive system of training future border guard officers, which, based on the theoretical and practical achievements of pedagogical science, will provide training of officers who will be able to act professionally in any situation. The mission of any unit is accomplished by the prompt and, when necessary, independent action of individuals and small groups. Therefore, the development of initiative and adaptability is a most important factor to be attained in training. This policy demands the ability to mobilize rapidly. Because time is critical during mobilization, training requirements during that period must be reduced to essentials. Peacetime training must serve to determine which requirements are essential and must provide a force ready for immediate combat in the event of a sudden attack. The main ways to increase the level of tactical and special training of National Police employees should be considered to be improvement of the professional and methodical skills of unit commanders, leaders of classes, improvement of the content, organization and methods of conducting classes and exercises, dissemination of best practices. Prioritizing training acknowledges that units cannot achieve or sustain trained proficiency on every task simultaneously due to limitations of time or the availability of training resources. The article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists, formed the author's interpretation of the organizational and staffing structure of the National Police of Ukraine. Описание: The article reveals the features of performative statements in the texts of modern politicians. In the annotated article the author attempts to define the specific features of the political discourse within the frame of general definition of the notion «discourse», as well as to point out some common approaches to political discourse analysis in the process of its formation in Ukraine. The essence of the issue of performativity is revealed, modern approaches to the study of the concept of «performative statements» are considered. Illocutive types of speech acts that are realized by hedged perfomatives embrace assertives, directives, expressives, commissives, with historical dynamics concerning first of all their frequency Strategics is characterized as a system of methods of communicative implementation. The essential characteristics of the texts of political discourse are presented. Emphasis is placed on the indicative and predicative process of communication between voters and politicians. It is proved that the specificity of political discourse as a system explains the political text, from which a certain non-explicit meaning can be read. Linguopragmatic features of the utterances with hedged performatives concern illocutive speech acts that are realized therewith. We differentiate the speech acts in the performative sense and speech acts of the perfomative form that fulfill a metacommunicative function. Metacommunicative performative utterances belong to a phatic illocutive type the essence of which is in the addresser intention to keep up the speech contact with an addressee. The role of lexical innovations in the implementation of strategies of organizing modern political discourse is considered.
