Забезпечення принципу гендерної рівності у парламенті: необхідність сутнісних перетворень

Abstract

У статті досліджено сучасні проблеми законодавчого забезпечення принципу гендерної рівності у парламенті країни. Проаналізовано механізм забезпечення принципу гендерної рівності у зарубіжних парламентах та в Україні. Приділено увагу реформуванню політичної системи з метою забезпечення гендерного паритету у Верховній Раді України, із розподілом на певні етапи.

In the article the modern problems of legislative provision of the principle of gender equality in the parliament of the country are researched. The "mechanism of ensuring the principle of gender equality in for¬eign parliaments and Ukraine is analyzed. Attention was paid to the reform of the political system in order to ensure gender parity in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, with a division into certain stages.
