У статті проаналізовано основні напрями якісної підготовки та підтримки представників
обдарованої учнівської молоді, виокремлено необхідність їх становлення та реалізації як
безпосередньо творчих, нестандартних особистостей. Охарактеризовано соціальні, психологічні,
педагогічні та інші загально та локально предметні можливості подолання проблем обдарованих
учнів в ході спеціалізованого навчання таких дітей; продекламовано основні механізми забезпечення
ефективної підтримки та супроводу в ході навчального процесу зазначеної категорії осіб.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The article analyzes the main directions of quality training and support
for representatives of gifted student youth, highlights the need for their formation and realization as
directly creative, non-standard personalities. The social, psychological, pedagogical and other generally
and locally subject possibilities of overcoming the problems of gifted students during the specialized
education of such children are characterized; the main mechanisms of providing effective support and
accompaniment during the educational process of the specified category of persons are recited.
The most effective way to comprehensively support the education and development of gifted
youth is the qualitative combination and implementation of such components of the foundation of
obtaining high-quality primary and secondary education as pedagogical and educational support,
psychological support, led by socio-pedagogical support and technical support directly in the process of
socialization and formation of students as future promising specialists.
The final part of the study demonstrates both the summary of the author’s objective and
subjective attitude to the need for professional, and most importantly, competent training of pedagogical
personnel, who are able not only to accompany and not harm the training of gifted children, but also to
contribute to the expansion of their horizons, to multiply skills, abilities, to help implement their
knowledge and talents into life, in particular, the basis for which can be the high quality of the practical
component of education, which in turn will undoubtedly contribute to the maintenance of existing and the
multiplication of new talents, or even to their transfer into genius as a guarantee of highly qualified
professionals in the future spheres of activity.
