dc.description	The article is devoted to the coverage of topical issues that regulate the peculiarities of criminal liability for the use of violence that is criminal offenses that cause consequences in the form of harm to human health. The article analyzes the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine which define the highest social value – human life and health. The article examines the national legislation in terms of criminal offenses against a person`s health and highlights the problematic issues that are currently present in the current legislation. Substantively, Section II of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in terms of criminal offenses against human health remained without significant changes. However, many questions remain unexplored today. Some norms of the Criminal Code of Ukraine which require comprehensive study of criminal liability for criminal offenses against human health remain outside the attention of domestic scientists. That’s why at the moment active work is underway to develop a draft law of Ukraine on criminal liability – the Criminal Code of Ukraine which reflects the provisions of the Basic Law of Ukraine as much as possible. Separately, the peculiarities of some definitions, terms and categories used by the developers of the draft Criminal Code of Ukraine were analyzed and briefly described. It is determined that at present it is appropriate to unify this project as much as possible. Today, the developers of the draft Criminal Code of Ukraine and the society face an extremely difficult task – the adoption of new legislation on criminal liability the provisions of which won`t contradict each other as well as domestic and international legislation.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Висвітлено актуальні питання, що врегульовують особливості кримінальної відповідальності за застосування насильства, тобто кримінальних правопорушень, що передбачають наслідки у вигляді шкоди для здоров’я особи. Саме тому на цей час ведеться активна робота над розробкою проєкту Кримінального кодексу України. Окремо проаналізовано особливості деяких визначень, термінів та категорій, якими оперують розробники проєкту Кримінального кодексу України. Визначено, що на сьогодні доречно максимально уніфікувати проєкт Кримінального кодексу України.	uk_UA
