dc.description	Attention is paid to the analysis of women's crime, its specifics and factors. The methodological basis of scientific research is a gender-sensitive approach, which is based on the theoretical principles of social constructivism. According to the optics of the constructivist approach, gender is a social construct, and gender behavior is determined by subjective and objective factors. A significant advantage of the gender approach is the interpretation of the individual's daily practices through the characterization of the social conditions of their development. The subject is an active participant in social interaction, constantly creating social reality, and not a passive consumer of it, as defined by traditional positivist theories. According to the results of application of this approach to the analysis of crime, we have identified the features of women's crime: much lower share in total crime compared to men's; in general, the social danger of women's crimes is lower (but this feature has recently changed for the worse as the number of serious crimes committed by women and their role in mixed crime increases). Theft is a common type of crime committed by women. The causes of women's crime, in our opinion, are: the tendency to masculinize the social behavior of women, which is due to the objective state of social change in social reality from modern to postmodern society. We note that an important factor in criminal behavior is the crisis of Ukrainian society: economic, social, political and sociocultural. Poverty, low living standards are one of the main reasons why a woman commits a crime. In our opinion, the directions of research of gender differentiation of new forms of criminal behavior, for example cybercrime, are perspective.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Здійснено спробу розглянути злочинність як соціальне явище із застосуванням гендерного підходу, який ґрунтується на ключових положеннях соціального конструктивізму. Приділяється увага аналізу жіночої злочинності, її специфіці та чинникам. За результатами дослідження визначені особливості жіночої злочинності: значно меншу питому вагу в загальній злочинності у порівнянні з чоловічою; загалом меншу суспільну небезпеку жіночих злочинів, розповсюджений вид злочину ‒ крадіжки. Визначено причини жіночої злочинності: тенденції маскулінізації соціальної поведінки жінок, нестабільний та непередбачуваний стан соціальної реальності, бідність, політична нестабільність. Зазначено, що перспектива подальших досліджень із застосуванням гендерного підходу може бути продовжена у характеристиці жіночої злочинності, наприклад, кіберзлочинності.	uk_UA
