dc.description	The content of the concept of public service in Ukraine is investigated in the article. The legislation on the public service of Ukraine is analyzed. It is determined that the formulation of the legislative concept of public service is imperfect, as it provides only a list of types of service that belong to the public, ignoring the tasks and main features. t is determined that the formulation of the concept is not perfect, as it provides only a list of types of service that belong to the public, ignoring the tasks and main features. Theoretical and legal provisions on the content of public service in Ukraine are analyzed. It is determined that the public service functions not only in executive bodies, but also in the apparatus of all branches of government, in local self-government bodies, in bodies and institutions to which the state has delegated tasks and functions, including in courts, judicial bodies and others. state bodies and institutions of the justice system. Based on the studied positions, it is concluded that the public service functions not only in the executive branch, but also in the apparatus of all branches of government, local governments, bodies and institutions to which the state has delegated tasks and functions, including courts, in judicial authorities, other state bodies and institutions of the justice system. It is concluded that the civil service involves service to the state, and public – indicates service to society. It is determined that in the process of transformation of public administration into public administration occurs transformation of the civil service into a public one. It is concluded that public service is a professional activity in the judiciary, it is a profession for a public servant – the need to perform social official powers, within which the competence of the judiciary and courts. In the course of the research the author's definition of the term «public service in the judiciary» is proposed, which is proposed to mean a politically neutral, professional service as a judge and courts, in other judicial authorities, other state bodies and institutions of justice to organize and ensure activities of courts and judges.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Досліджено зміст поняття публічної служби в Україні. Проаналізовано законодавство щодо публічної служби України та теоретико-правові положення щодо змісту публічної служби в Україні. Визначено, що у процесі трансформації державного управління в публічне адміністрування відбувається перетворення державної службу у публічну. На основі проаналізованого міжнародного досвіду вказано, що у більшості держав, серед яких й Україна, досліджуване поняття трактується однотипно. У ході проведеного дослідження запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «публічна служба в органах судової влади».	uk_UA
