dc.description	The article considers administrative acts of management in the activities of juvenile prevention units of the National Police of Ukraine. Analysis of scientific positions of scientists on the classification of management acts the order of acceptance, the form of publication, the criterion of the legal form of expression, the action in time and space. The peculiarities of individual and normative-legal act are revealed A number of common and distinctive features of management acts in the activity of juvenile prevention units of the National Police of Ukraine, as well as their purpose and legal properties are characterized. Based on the scientific analysis of scientists' research, it is proposed to divide the acts of administrative activity of juvenile prevention units according to the criterion of legal form into orders, statutes, guidelines, instructions, activity plans, resolutions, as well as oral and written. It is emphasized that depending on the prevalence of the normative legal act on all territorial bodies of the state or only on territorial subdivisions of the region, cities - according to the action in the latter are divided into general and special. Such acts are analyzed and singled out in the activities of juvenile prevention units in the order of adoption as single, collegial, joint (together with two or more entities), in coordination with another body or department and the distribution of action in time, as one-time, term and indefinite.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Розглянуто адміністративні акти управління в діяльності підрозділів ювенальної превенції Національної поліції України. Здійснено аналіз наукових позицій вчених щодо класифікації актів управління та запропоновано власну класифікацію. Розкрито особливості індивідуального та нормативно-правового акта. Охарактеризовано низку спільних та відмінних рис актів управління в діяльності підрозділів ювенальної превенції Національної поліції України, а також їх призначення та юридичні властивості. На основі наукового аналізу досліджень вчених запропоновано акти адміністративної діяльності підрозділів ювенальної превенції поділяти за критерієм юридичної форми вираження на накази, статути, настанови, інструкції, плани діяльності, постанови, а також за формою видання – на усні та письмові.	uk_UA
