dc.description	The article deals with review of the role of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and its decisions in the administrative process. The article determines that administrative process as a specialized type of judicial activity became that constitutionally and legislatively enshrined mechanism, which increased the opportunities for a person to exercise the right to judicial protection from unlawful decisions, actions or inaction of subjects of powers. Also, the author of the article notes the existing procedural connection between the administrative courts and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The key areas of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine’s influence on the practice of administrative courts are ensuring human rights, the foundations of the democratic system and the proper organization of public authority. In the article the new institute of constitutional complaint is investigated, the concepts of constitutional complaint, the subject of the right to a constitutional complaint are considered, as well as analyzes the problems of the new institute, which require improvement. Also, the author of the article notes that for full restoration of the violated human rights, the Ukrainian legislator has introduced not only the mechanism of constitutional complaint (constitutional jurisdiction), but also the review of court decisions on exceptional circumstances (general jurisdiction) to restore the rights of persons who won the process, which was initiated by the constitutional complaint. As a result, it is determined that the impact of the acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on the practice of administrative courts is that they become a methodological basis for understanding the constitutional framework used by administrative courts during administrative proceedings.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Розглянуто роль основного суду конституційної юрисдикції та його рішень для адміністративного процесу. У статті встановлено, що адміністративне судочинство як спеціалізований вид судової діяльності стало тим конституційно і законодавчо закріпленим механізмом, що збільшив можливості людини для здійснення права на судовий захист від протиправних рішень, дій чи бездіяльності суб'єктів владних повноважень. Також автор статті зазначає про наявний між адміністративними судами та Конституційним Судом України процесуальний зв’язок. Як підсумок визначено, що вплив актів КСУ на практику адміністративних судів полягає в тому, що вони постають методологічною основою для розуміння конституційних засад, що використовуються адміністративними судами під час адміністративного судочинства.	uk_UA
