Досліджено можливості визначення кодової комбінації циліндричних штифтових замикальних пристроїв за даними значень кодових елементів та сталих величин їхніх циліндрів. Описано результати досліджень, проведених на циліндричних штифтових замикальних пристроях з вертикальною і горизонтальною шпаринами.

Суть розробки, основні результати:

The article is devoted to the research of the possibility of determining the code combination of cylindrical pin locking devices according to the meanings of code elements and constant values of their cylinders. The results of researches provided on cylindrical pin locking devices with vertical and horizontal holes are described. Based on the results of the study, the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic methods and means of non-destructive testing of metal products are established. The analysis of a wide range of serial ultrasonic thickness gauges used for diagnosing and measuring the linear dimensions of geometric objects is provided, and the possibilities of developing and manufacturing the necessary ultrasonic testing have been studied. The results of the work can be used to develop special technical means used in conducting operational and technical measures where high measurement accuracy is required.
