Терор як спосіб девальвації цінності людського життя в умовах сталінського тоталітарного режиму (історико-правовий аспект)

Abstract

Проаналізовано глибинні політичні та соціально-правові витоки сталінізму і терору як методу державного управління. Розкрито умови, причини та наслідки сталінського терору в Україні. Визначено сутність терору як способу девальвації цінності людського життя в умовах тоталітаризму.

The article analyzes the deep political and socio-legal origins of Stalinism and Terror as a method of public administration. The conditions, causes and consequences of Stalin's terror in Ukraine are disclosed. The essence of terror as a way of devaluation of the value of human life in conditions of totalitarianism is determined. It was established that terror by character was total and covered of the Ukrainian population. The main consequences of Stalin's terror were the physical extermination of the active and intellectual part of the Ukrainian nation and the complete demoralization of the masses, the devaluation of the value of human life. In an atmosphere of fear, slander, and violence, a whole generation of Soviet people was brought up, which became the foundation of the Stalinist totalitarian regime.
