Правове регулювання оплати праці працівників прокуратури України

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена дослідженню сутності та особливостей правового регулювання оплати праці працівників прокуратури України та, зокрема, її структури. Розглянуто право на оплату праці як соціально-економічне право людини та соціальні стандарти у сфері оплати праці. Надано характеристику працівників прокуратури як суб’єктів трудового права. Комплексно розглянуто національну та зарубіжну практику правового регулювання оплати праці працівників прокуратури. Досліджено поняття та сутність оплати праці працівників прокуратури України. Особливо увагу приділено структурі заробітної плати працівників прокуратури України як складного системного явища. Досліджені як внутрішня будова, структура оплати праці працівників прокуратури України як така, так і окремі її структурні елементи – посадовий оклад, надбавки, доплати, премії.15 Обґрунтовано рекомендації та пропозиції щодо вдосконалення законодавства про оплату праці працівників прокуратури України, а також загального трудового законодавства в частині оплати The dissertation is devoted to the research of essence and features of legal regulation of Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine employees remuneration of labor, and in particular its structure. The right to remuneration of labor as a social and economical human right is examined, as well as the social standards in the remuneration of labor sphere. The Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine employees are characterized as special subjects of labor law. A complex examination of national and foreign practice of legal regulation of Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine employees remuneration of labor is provided. The concept and essence of Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine employees’ remuneration of labor is researched. A special attention is paid to the issues of the structure of Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine employees wage. The latter is considered to be a complex systemic phenomenon. The inner composition, structure of Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine employees wage is researched, as well as particular structure elements of the latter, i.e. salary, increments, additional payments, bonuses. The recommendations and propositions dealing with the improvement of legislation in the field of Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine employees remuneration of labor and of general labor legislation in the field of remuneration of labor.
