Адміністративно-правові засади підвищення іміджу судової влади в Україні

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено теоретичним та правовим проблемам адміністративно-правових засад підвищення іміджу судової влади. У роботі розглянуто такі поняття, як «імідж», «імідж судової влади», «адміністративно-правові відносини у сфері формування позитивного іміджу судової влади» та інші, запропоновано власне визначення таких категорій, як «позитивний імідж судової влади», «заходи формування позитивного іміджу судової влади», «принципи формування позитивного іміджу судової влади» тощо. Проаналізовано положення науково-правових джерел, на підставі яких визначено основні недоліки сучасного адміністративного законодавства та концепцій з питань адміністративно-правового механізму формування позитивного іміджу судової влади.18 З метою подальшого вдосконалення національного законодавства і практики його застосування сформульовано пропозиції щодо необхідності внесення відповідних змін та доповнень до чинного законодавства України.The thesis deals with theoretical and legal problems of the administrative and legal framework creating a positive image of the judiciary. The paper defines concepts such as image, the image of the judiciary, the positive image of the judiciary, means forming a positive image of the judiciary, public administration a positive public image of the judiciary, administrative and legal relations in thesphere of creating a positive image of the judiciary, improve judicial cooperation with civil society, the implementation of ethical standards in the judiciary and public awareness of the judiciary. A proper definition of such categories as "a positive image of the judiciary", "means of creating a positive image of the judiciary", "principles of a positive image of the judiciary", "public administration a positive public image of the judiciary" and so on. The author has analyzed the situation of scientific and legal sources on which the main shortcomings of the current administrative law and concepts of administrative and legal mechanism for the formation of a positive image of the judiciary, identified trends and prospects of regulation of certain aspects in this field.
