Сучасні погляди на визначення оперативно-розшукового запобігання злочинам

Abstract

Аналізується сутність оперативно-розшукового запобігання злочинам та визначається місце оперативно-розшукового запобігання злочинам в системі протидії злочинності.

The article analyzes the essence of operational and investigative crime prevention and determines the place of operational-search crime prevention in the system of crime counteraction. Based on the analysis of modern scientific views on the definition of operationalsearch crime prevention, an ambiguous interpretation of this category was noted. It is noted that solving this problem is possible only by consolidating this definition in the Law of Ukraine "On Operational and Investigative Activity". Further development of the theoretical provisions of operational-search crime prevention, improvement of legal regulation, as well as continuous improvement of methods and techniques for the implementation of this type of activity by lawenforcement bodies is a necessary condition for successful crime prevention, and will also help increase the efficiency of law enforcement agencies in this area of work.
