Проаналізовано наукові погляди на систему принципів оперативно-розшукової діяльності та сформульовано принципи оперативно-розшукового запобігання злочинам як однієї із форм оперативно-розшукової діяльності

The article analyzes the scientific views on the system of operative-search activity principles and formulates the principles of operative-search crime prevention as one of the forms of operational-search activity. Today, among the researchers of the principles of operational and investigative activities, there is no uniform view of the system of these principles, the criteria for their classification. Most of the principles reflect the provisions that are relevant for solving the tasks of operational and investigative activities, but they are not essential and binding. After all, the principles of operational and investigative activities should determine the key patterns of such activities, as well as serve as guidance for practical action. It is noted that the system of principles of operational-search crime prevention should be built primarily on the principles of crime prevention and on the principles of operational-search activities. It is determined that the principles of operative-search crime prevention include lawfulness, observance of human and civil rights and freedoms, combination of open and secret methods and means of operative-search activity, prevention.
