Громадська експертиза діяльності державних органів в умовах модернізації українського суспільства

Abstract

У статті досліджено зміст громадської експертизи як форми громадського контролю в контексті перехідного етапу суспільної трансформації. Проаналізовано формування громадянського суспільства у сучасних умо¬вах євроінтеграції. Розглянуто наукові підходи до визначення поняття «громадська експертиза». Подано його авторську дефініцію.

Content of the civil expert examination as a civilian control form in the context of transitional phase of public transformation is considered. Scientific approaches regarding the «civil expert examination» definition have been analyzed and author’s definition of this concept has been given. Range of issues as to securing of efficiency of authorities and civil society interaction are discussed. Compulsory stages which institution of civil law should pass to perform successful civil expert examination are reviewed. Writing approach regarding compulsory stages of civil expert examination production with the view of further improvement of civil expert examination as an instrument of efficient dialogue between authorities and community has been formed on the ground of material used.
