Організація лексичної роботи майбутніх юристів на основі інтегративно-діяльнісного підходу

Abstract

У публікації порушується питання про забезпечення фахової підготовки майбутніх правників на основі інтегративно-діяльнісного підходу. Організація лексичної роботи студентів-правників спрямовується на спостереження над структурно-семантичними особливостями юридичних і міжгалузевих термінів, а також на специфіку сполучення термінів у процесі розгортання юридичного дискурсу.

The article addresses the issue of ensuring professional competence of law students within the integrative activity approach. The development of law students’ lexicon is aimed at observing the structural and semantic peculiarities of legal and interdisciplinary terms, as well as the specificity of the combination of terms in legal discourse. The integrative activity nature of teaching requires adequate support of integrity within the professional training of law students, which imposes certain requirements for the development of a meaningful component of the competence-oriented professional unit within the limits of the compulsory training. It is substantiated that the results of learning activity of law students in integrative classes are determined by such criteria: forming an overall perspective of the considered problem of legal direction; broadening of students’ outlook by legal concepts acquisition; mastering the culture of judgments, intensifying the argumentation and the degree of confidence in the outcome of the legal discussion. The implementation of the integrative activity approach in the system of law students’ training enables the formation of professional competence of law students; promotes the development of a high culture level of professional communication; provides opportunity to plan a legal discourse in accordance with a communicative and pragmatic approach.
