Особливості оперативно-розшукового забезпечення доказування під час розслідування викрадань в АПК України

Abstract

Розглянуто сучасні проблеми та особливості оперативно-розшукового забезпечення доказування під час розслідування викрадань в АПК України. Наголошено, що однією з умов ефективної діяльності щодо оперативно-розшукового забезпечення доказування під час розслідування викрадань в АПК України є визначення і глибоке вивчення об'єктів злочинного посягання. Стосовно планування пошукових заходів існує проблема, пов'язана з недостатньою кількістю емпіричних досліджень, які дають матеріал для узагальнення характеристик особи злочинця. Це необхідно для визначення переліку осіб, які повинні перебувати на профілактичному обліку. При встановленні такого переліку потрібно мати на увазі: вік (вікові групи) осіб, які вчиняли корисливі злочини; їх минулу та сьогоденну поведінку (наявність судимості, вид занять, зайнятість і характер зайнятості у вільний від роботи час), відносини в родині й у колективі тощо.

In the article modern problems and features of the operational search providing of finishing telling are considered during investigation of thefts in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine. It is marked that one of terms of effective activity in relation to the operational search providing of finishing telling during investigation of thefts there are determination and deep study of objects of criminal trespass in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine. In relation to planning of searching measures there is the problem, related to the insufficient amount of empiric researches that give material for generalization of descriptions of face of criminal. It is necessary for determination of list of persons that must be on a prophylactic account. At establishment of such list it is needed to bear in a mind: eyelids (age-related groups) of persons, that accomplished mercenary crimes; them past and today's behavior (a presence of previous conviction, type of employments, employment and character of employment, is in spare from work time), relations in family and in a collective and others like that.
