Визначено теоретико-прикладні проблеми та наукове забезпечення державної політики у сфері протидії незаконному обігу наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин і прекурсорів на теренах України. Досліджено теоретичне підґрунтя та криміногенну ситуацію у сфері протидії незаконному обігу наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин і прекурсорів в Україні. Вивчено прогалини теоретичних досліджень здійснених в останні роки. Наголошено, що ефективність діяльності держави у цій сфері повинна підвищитись насамперед за рахунок формування системи наукового забезпечення спрямованої на виявлення ознак злочинної діяльності у сфері незаконного обігу наркотичних засобів та формування ефективного оперативно-розшукового, криміналістичного та експертного забезпечення досудового та судового розслідування. Виокремлено основні риси криміногенної ситуації у сфері протидії наркотичної злочинності та структурні елементи наукового забезпечення діяльності державних інституцій. Визначено основні завдання наукового забезпечення державної політики у сфері підвищення ефективності боротьби з незаконним обігом наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин, їх аналогів і прекурсорів.

The article deals with determination of the problems and scientific providing of public policy in the field of counteraction to the illegal appeal of drug on the walks of life of Ukraine. It is investigational theoretical soil and crime situation in the field of counteraction to the illegal appeal of narcotic facilities in Ukraine. The blanks of theoretical researches of carried out are studied in recent year. Certainly, that efficiency of activity of the state in this sphere must rise first of all due to forming of the system of the scientific providing of sent to the exposure of signs of criminal activity in the field of illegal appeal of drug and forming of the effective under cower work, criminalities and expert providing of pre-trial and judicial investigation. The basic lines of criminogenic situation in the field of counteraction to drugs criminality and structural elements of the scientific providing of activity of state institutes are distinguished.
The basic tasks of the scientific providing of public policy are certain in the field of increase of efficiency of fight against the illegal appeal of drug.
