Abstract:
У статті охарактеризовано процес становлення та розвитку адміністративно-правового регулювання у сфері насінництва в Україні. З'ясований стан сфери насінництва як ключової сфери сільського госпо¬дарства та роль органів виконавчої влади, що здійснюють державний контроль у зазначеній сфері на різних етапах історичного розвитку. Сформульоване авторське бачення періодизації розвитку адміні¬стративно-правового регулювання у сфері насінництва.

The article describes the process of formation and development of administrative and legal regulation in the field of seed growing in Ukraine. The position of the sphere of seed growing as a key sphere of agriculture and the role of executive bodies exercising state control in this sphere at various stages of historical development have been clarified. The author's vision of the periodization of the development of administrative and legal regulation in the field of seed growing is formulated.
