Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблеми управління розвитком соціально-економічної системи в сучасних умовах. Подано узагальнююче уявлення щодо сутності соціально-економічної системи та окреслено основні проблеми її функціонування та розвитку. Обґрунтована необхідність вдосконалення управління розвитком соціально-економічної системи в умовах мінливого зовнішнього середовища. Встановлено, що сучасний підхід до управління розвитком системи має ґрунтуватися на виявленні та активізації імпульсів розвитку та передбачає застосування специфічних механізмів – драйверів управління розвитком. Розроблено послідовність управління розвитком соціально-економічної системи на основі імпульсів.

The article is devoted to the research of the problem of management of the development of the socio-economic system in modern conditions. A generalizational presentation on the essence of the socio-economic system is
presented and the main problems of its functioning and development are outlined. The necessity of improving the management of the development of the socio-economic system in the conditions of a changing external environment is substantiated. It has been established that the modern approach to the management of the development of the system should be based on the identification and activation of the development impulses and foresees the application of specific mechanisms – development control drivers. The sequence of the development management of the social-economic system on the basis of impulses has been developed.
