Abstract:
У статті наведено обґрунтування необхідності розвитку відповідальності як професійно
важливої якості військовослужбовців в умовах загострення та дестабілізації ситуації на світовій
арені. Окреслено поняття професійно важливих якостей військовослужбовців як однієї з важливих
передумов професійної придатності. Визначено поняття відповідальності та наведено перелік
професійно важливих психологічних якостей в контексті специфіки діяльності
військовослужбовців. Подано класифікацію психологічних якостей, необхідних для успішного
виконання посадових обов’язків військовослужбовцями.
Description:
The article substantiates the necessity to develop
responsibility as a professionally important quality of servicemen in the context of aggravation and
destabilization of the situation on the world stage. It is mentioned that the service officer’s behavior rules are
regulated by the state legislature and corresponding normative acts defines the maib basics for performing
the professional activity. The author marks the absence of the general unified seet of professional
qualitiesand lists the intergral elements of the military servise officers’ psychological structure:
psychological stamina, good memory, anticipation, fact reaction, tolerance, open-mindedness, creativity etc.
The concept of professionally important qualities of servicemen considering the specifics of
professional activity is described in the article. Responsibility is defined as an important quality alongside
with self-organisation, strength of will, analytical thinking, ability to react fast, psychological and
emotional toughness, ability to focus on a specific object during the necessary period of time.
The author outlines the peculiarities of the military profession, which give grounds to determine
the activity as difficult and demanding specific personal features from service officers.
Based on the analysis of the service officer’s psychogram, the classification of psychological
features needed for successful performance of duties is provided in the article: volitional, intellectual,
communicative and cognitive. The detailed description of the mentioned groups of features is presented
together with the corresponding examples.
