Дуальна освіта в закладах із специфічними умовами навчання в умовах війни

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз дуальної форми освіти як форми навчання в закладах вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання в умовах війни. Концептуалізовано поняття дуальної освіти та окреслено основні її базові положення та особливості. Для підтвердження теоретичних положень стосовно запровадження дуальної освіти в системі підготовки поліцейських проведено неструктуроване інтерв’ю учасників освітнього процесу – здобувачів, викладачів, роботодавців. Інформанти зазначили позитивні можливості та ризики впровадження дуальної освіти в системі підготовки поліцейських. З’ясовано, що дуальні освітні програми можуть бути впроваджені в ЗВО із специфічними умовами навчання, але практична реалізація потребує суттєвої підготовки та адаптації до специфіки роботи поліцейського та умов воєнного стану

The article analyzes the dual form of education as a form of organizing the learn process in higher education institutions with specific training conditions in wartime. It is emphasized that the current state of the organization of the educational process of police officers is sufficiently systematically, methodologically and methodically competently built, but the issue of mastering practical work skills is relevant. The concept of dual education is conceptualized and the main basic provisions and features of dual education are outlined. It is noted that the dual form of education is a method of obtaining education based on a contract, which involves combining the training of applicants in educational institutions with training at workplaces at enterprises, institutions, organizations. This system involves training both in university conditions and in a real situation at an enterprise, organization, institution. To confirm the theoretical provisions regarding the introduction of a dual system for training police officers, an exploratory study was conducted using an unstructured interview method with participants in the educational process - applicants, teachers, employers. The informants noted the positive opportunities and risks of implementing dual education in the education of police officers. In particular, they emphasized that there are certain risks of implementation related to the fact that education in the dual form is not mass, but involves the involvement of the best cadets. It was found that dual educational programs can be implemented in higher education institutions with specific learning conditions, but practical implementation requires significant preparation and adaptation. The reality of war significantly complicates this process, because the performance of the professional duties of a police officer becomes doubly risky and requires increased attention and mental stress
