Abstract

Досліджено особливості проведення обшуків на деокупованих територіях в умовах воєнного стану, що є актуальною темою в умовах сучасних конфліктів та процесу реінтеграції. Розглянуто процесуальні та організаційні аспекти проведення обшуків, а також виклики, з якими стикаються органи правопорядку, зокрема Національна поліція України, під час виконання цих завдань. Висвітлено та проаналізовано основні чинники забезпечення особистої безпеки правоохоронців під час проведення обшуку, взаємодію між практичними підрозділами Міністерства внутрішніх справ України, а також конкретні випадки проведення обшуків на деокупованих територіях в умовах воєнного стану, що дозволяє виявити нагальні проблеми та запропонувати шляхи їх вирішення This article deals with comprehensive study of the peculiarities of conducting searches in de-occupied territories, a topic of significant relevance in the context of modern conflicts and reintegration processes.
