Організація самостійної роботи студентів як засіб творчого розвитку особистості майбутнього фахівця

Abstract

У статті розглядається самостійна робота як прояв індивідуальності студентів. Автори досліджують різні думки вчених стосовно такої роботи та способи визначення у педагогічній науці: як метод, форму навчання чи засіб включення студентів у пізнавальну діяльність. Найбільша увага приділяється ролі викладача в організації самостійної роботи та виокремлюються педагогічні умови за яких цей процес стає більш ефективним.

The article deals with individual work as a manifestation of individuality of students. The authors investigate various scholars’ views on such work and ways of defining it in pedagogical science: how to include students in cognitive activity, as a method or form of learning, when individual work becomes a means of developing creative abilities and professional thinking. Development and education of any person cannot be transferred, therefore individual activity is important, as it activates cognitive processes. The authors pay the greatest attention to the role of the teacher, who not only passes on knowledge, but also acts as the organizer of student work, a consultant on their self-education.It’s emphasized to motivate individual work of students, which helps to understand the importance of the work that is being performed. In the course of performing individual activities, the teacher carries out scientific guidance, in accordance with modern realities of science and society: develops a problem task, methodological support, the presence of an appropriate system of marks. The article outlines different approaches to the definition of individual work (whether extra-curricular work is separated from the educational process and is conducted without the personal involvement of the teacher, or the form of the educational process under the guidance and control of the teacher), in the course of the educational process, the student’s creative activity is undertaken to acquire and consolidate the scientific knowledge.The authors call the pedagogical conditions in which this process of independent work becomes more effective and describes the application of active methods of organizing independent work of students.
