Тактичні прийоми, які використовують патрульні поліцейські при високому ризику зупинення транспортного засобу для перевірки

Abstract

Розглянуто особливості тактичних прийомів патрульних поліцейських при зупиненні транспортного засобу для перевірки з високим ступенем ризику. Змодельовано послідовність дій патрульного поліцейського при вербальному спілкуванні з водієм транспортного засобу та особами, що знаходяться у транспортному засобі, які підозрюються у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення. Запропоновано тактичні дії патрульному поліцейському у керуванні підрозділами прикриття, додатковими підрозділами поліції та підрозділом для перевірки зупиненого транспортного засобу.

He confirmed that for the patrol officer, in order to succeed, it is necessary to continuously evaluate the whole situation before the vehicle is stopped, during the actual stop and after the stop. In order to control the situation, a method of stopping a vehicle with a high degree of known risk in the commission of a serious crime is used if it is known that there is a weapon in the vehicle and the suspects and there is a growing risk for the Police patrol service and citizens. The author has modeled a sequence of actions of a patrol policeman during verbal communication with a driver of a vehicle and persons in a vehicle suspected of committing a criminal offense. Tactical actions are offered to the patrol policeman in the management of covering units, additional units and a unit for checking a stopped vehicle.
