Інноваційний підхід до вдосконалення практичної складової навчального процесу у вузах МВС на прикладі ДДУВС

Abstract

Розглянуто сучасні проблеми практичної складової навчального процесу у вищих навчальних закладах МВС України та надано пропозиції щодо їх подолання на прикладі запровадження новітніх підходів до проведення комплексних оперативно-тактичних навчань у Дніпропетровському державному університеті внутрішніх справ під умовною назвою «Лінія 102».

In the article the modern problems of the practical component of the educational process in higher educational establishments of Ukraine and provided suggestions for improvement on the example of the introduction of new approaches of integrated operational and tactical exercises in Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs under the codename "102 Line". Out of the situation related to the need updating applicants motivational sphere of higher education, improve the practical part of the training process and bringing it in line with contemporary needs practice, we see the following: gradually update and improve the information and technical and material support to the educational process functional analogues of practical units; make additional visual and gaming elements to the training sessions, which in turn areas close to real situations; provide and implement elements of maximum autonomy and responsibility of students and students turned out for the results; in conditions of considerable practical workers loading units to strength then the relationship of students and students with representatives of practice through the active involvement of students of correspondence courses during the training sessions; actively block and use the binary system during formation of the schedule of classes and testing new pedagogical methods; ensure cooperation with in the educational process of cadets of police departments and law students; implement educational Circulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs vicious cycle of law enforcement, law enforcement and judicial functions within professionally-oriented business, roleplays and operational-tactical exercises.
