Цифровий простір у системі взаємодії Національної поліції України з медіа

Abstract

У статті розкрито важливість цифрового простору в системі взаємодії Національної поліції України з медіа. Значущість цифрового простору обумовлена такими обставинами: а) зростання значення цифрових технологій у житті суспільства; б) збільшення присутності поліції у цифровому просторі; в) необхідність забезпечення прав, свобод і законних інтересів фізичних та юридичних осіб у цифровому просторі; г) динамічний характер розвитку технологій цифрових комунікацій. Підкреслено, що діяльність медіа має бути вдосконалена для забезпечення точності й об’єктивності при подальшому висвітленні і поширенні отриманої від поліції та інших правоохоронних органів інформації. Зауважено, що дотримання наведених обставин сприятиме створенню безпечного цифрового середовища в Україні. The article reveals the importance of digital space in the system of interaction of the National Police of Ukraine with the media. The importance of the digital space is due to the following circumstances: a) the growing importance of digital technologies in the life of society; b) increasing the presence of the police in the digital space; c) the need to ensure the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the digital space; d) the dynamic nature of the development of digital communication technologies. Digital space is defined as a virtual environment that encompasses all spheres of society and is an integral part of the modern world. In the digital space, information is stored, processed and transmitted in digital form. Thanks to this, each person can perform various actions, namely: searching for information, communicating with other people, ordering goods and services, document management, education, entertainment and recreation, and much more. The importance of developing a unified policy for the communication of the territorial units of the National Police of Ukraine with the media in the digital space was emphasized. It was concluded that the interaction between the police and the media in the digital space is an important component of modern social life. The police and other law enforcement agencies should strengthen integration in the digital space and use online media to improve the effectiveness of their activities. This will allow the police to strengthen communication with the public and quickly disseminate official information to the population about crimes and other high-profile events that took place in the territory of the police service. It was emphasized that the activities of the media should be improved to ensure accuracy and objectivity in the further coverage and dissemination of information received from the police and other law enforcement agencies. It is noted that compliance with the above circumstances will contribute to the creation of a safe digital environment in Ukraine.
