Дослідження канабіноїдів у виробах з шоколаду

Abstract

Розглянуто питання дослідження окремих об’єктів, що містять канабіноїди, а саме шоколадних виробів. Окреслено основні методи дослідження, що використовуються при проведенні експертизи наркотичних засобів психотропних речовин, їх аналогів та прекурсорів.

In Ukraine, among the objects provided for research in the direction of the examination of narcotics, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors, drugs from cannabis plants constitute a significant amount. The objects of research are most often cannabis and products of its processing (cannabis resin, cannabis extract). The principal criterion for assigning the research objects to the above-mentioned narcotic drugs is the presence in their composition the psychoactive substance - tetrahydrocannabinol. An important contribution to the study of this problem was made by eminent scientists. At the same time, an issue regarding the features of the study of individual objects requires a more detailed coverage. This is due to changes in legislation and current practice requirements, as there are no data on conducting research, in particular in chocolate. The purpose of this work is to determine the optimal sample preparation and conditions for conducting a study of cannabinoids in chocolate products by gas chromatography.
